How the 2-hour session is structured

This is a focused, hands-on session where we build your AI partner together, live. We’ll follow a clear, three-part process to get from initial idea to a finished, working tool.

Part 1: The blueprint (30 mins) We start with a rapid, guided Q&A session to define the core components of your AI’s personality. We’ll translate your unique expertise, your authentic voice, and your professional values into a clear set of instructions.

Part 2: The live build (75 mins) This is where we get hands-on in the AI chat window. We’ll build your bespoke prompt layer by layer, testing and refining as we go. You’ll see your AI partner improve in real-time as we install its new persona, rules, and writing style.

Part 3: The test drive (15 mins) In the final part of the session, we put your new AI partner to work on one of your real-world writing tasks. You’ll leave the workshop not just with a powerful new tool, but with concrete proof of how it can save you time and improve your output.

How to get the most from our session

There is no ‘homework’ required before our workshop. My process is designed to guide you from a standing start, even if you have nothing prepared.

However, clients often find they get even more value from our two hours together if they’ve spent a little time considering the following:

• An example of your voice. Bring one or two examples of writing you’re proud of—it could be a blog post, a key email, or even a well-written social media update. This helps us quickly identify the essence of your style.
• A picture of your audience. Have in mind one specific person you often write for. Who are they and what do they care about? (note: doesn’t need to be a literal picture)
• A challenge to solve. Think about one specific writing task you find difficult or time-consuming. We can use this as our ‘test drive’ at the end of the session.

Again, don’t worry if these aren’t perfectly defined—that’s what the workshop is for! But any initial thoughts will serve as a fantastic starting point for our work together.
