Posting this to remind myself to keep going.
Everything takes longer and costs more than you initially expected. Success comes from pushing on and continuing anyway.
Alex uses the analogy of a marathon. It’s busy at the start and end, but eventually the road goes silent. You look around and you’re alone. It’s down to you to dig in and push through during that period. You only complete the marathon and gain success by continuing on.
There are times when I really need to remind myself of this fact.
Especially after a long sprint and the mind and spirit tire. The body is always tired, that is what it is. But it becomes so much harder when the mind and spirit tire.
So.
Love the process.
And carry on.
